(Zipped) Version of Longshore & Allied Families (10/30/11)
Regarding the methodology for adding allied families to our tree.  As we approached and surpassed 10,000 names, I have decided upon:

A Longshore is entitled to a spouse, that spouses parents, that spouses former and future marriages, and children (generally providing that they were living at the time of the Longshore)

Children of a Longshore, as above.

Grandchildren of a Longshore, (general rule: if they do not share the Longshore name, then they are entitled to a spouse but no children) (I will try my best to include this information in text form for future researchers, but will not add the names.)
